Frequently Asked Questions

We will see you in 2016!
Your Taste of Lynwood Team has decided to take some time off for a multitude of reasons but we are gearing up to come back bigger and better than ever in 2016. We’d like to thank all of you for your continued support and we can’t wait to see on September 17, 2016.
Is there an entrance fee for the event?
No, this is an entrance fee free event featuring a spectacular line up of bands. Make sure; however, to bring cash for all the amazing food and the fun games in the kids zone!
Who is welcome?
Taste of Lynwood has a block party soul with a regional reach. Two-steppers, fun-seekers and the epicurious of all ages are welcome, be they local; Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Suquamish, Kingston or from further afield; Seattle and King County.
*Please note: A Taste of Lynwood is a politics-free zone. Booths are not available to candidates or political parties, and we respectfully request that no political paraphernalia be distributed onsite and no political agendas be promoted.
What can I expect for activities and performances?
A mainstay of the Taste of Lynwood is its all day music and entertainment. A variety of local and regional acts will keep your toes tapping and ears tingling.
However music is only part of The Taste of Lynwood story. Stroll thru our FairFest and take in the locally produced products from over 70+ vendors.
Can I bring my dog?
This is a large event, each year it grows and this year we are expecting over 7000 attendees. We feel it would be best for everyone's comfort and safety if dogs were left at home. Service dogs however are welcome.
Will there be bicycle parking?
Yes, there will be a bicycle racks set-up throughout the event location. Look for the signs when you arrive. Using non-motorized transportation is encouraged! So snap on your skates, dust off your wagons, or push-off in your canoe and plan on arriving in style to TOL 2016.
Will there be handicap parking?
Definitely! We are a handicap accessible event with up-front designated parking, please let one of our traffic attendants know and they will direct you to the handicap parking area. Also available are handicap accessible free shuttles from the ferry and off-site parking lots, and plenty of easy access event seating.
